    What is healing harmonies?

    Culture Handcrafted.

Symphonies of Struggle proudly engages in a meaningful collaboration with the esteemed National Alliance On Mental Health, combining our efforts to create a profound impact on the Los Angeles community.

Our joint initiative involves hosting interactive workshops at diverse venues throughout the LA area. These workshops serve a dual purpose: firstly, they encourage participants to craft their own musical instruments using common, everyday items, thereby fostering a deep and personal connection to their cultural heritage through the incorporation of indigenous teachings.

Our workshops also offer an accessible entry point into the world of music. Participants receive introductory music training, enabling them to explore the beautiful and rich landscape of Western classical music. This introduction serves as a valuable foundation, opening doors to the joy and potential of classical music for individuals who may not have previously had the opportunity to engage with it.

The collaboration with the National Alliance On Mental Health underscores our commitment to mental health within the classical music community. By intertwining music, culture, and mental well-being, we aim to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
